Back to TopHow do I make an order?After receiving an enquiry we will provide order process times and prices. Once this has been agreed upon we will require the initial payment to start preparing the order (please refer to our payment terms and conditions). Back to TopHow long will it take for you to prepare my order?The amount of time needed to prepare your order will depend on whether your order is custom made or chosen from our existing range. >If your order is chosen from our existing range and is in stock we can have the item(s) ready for shipment within 5 and 10 working days depending on the order quantity. >If your order is custom made the time required to prepare your order will depend on the quantity and nature of the item(s) involved. (please refer to custom orders). Back to TopHow long will the shipping take?That depends on the final destination of your order and the type of transport used. For small consignments or single sample items sent via air freight, delivery time can be between 2 to 6 days. Delivery time for orders sent via shipping will depend on the final destination and the quantity of the order. For example a "20" container will take approximately 18 days to reach Tokyo, Japan and around 30 days to reach Southampton, UK. Smaller orders will have to be sent via LCL( less than a container load). Shipment via LCL usually takes longer because your order must wait at the Indonesian port until the shipping company fills the container with other crates going in the same direction. A shipment via LCL will take approximately 25 days to reach Tokyo, Japan and around 45 days to reach Southampton, UK. When preparing an order we will notify the customer about the best way to transport his consignment and transport times involved. Back to TopHow much will the shipping cost?This again depends on the final destination and the quantity of the order involved. For example total costs for shipping a "20" container to Tokyo, Japan are USD 1,940 and for Southampton, UK, USD 2,930. Shipping via LCL, (less than a container load), to Tokyo, Japan costs USD 195 per M3 and to Southampton, UK costs USD 270 per M3. When we receive your order, we will notify you on the approximate cost of shipping it. If you can get a better shipment rate at your end we are happy to use your agent, but most of the time we are able to find better cargo rates here. We don't make any profit on cargo related expenses. Back to TopDo you guarantee the products you sell?Yes, we do. All our products come with a guarantee offering replacement should any of them reach you in a unsatisfactory condition. If any warranty claims arise please contact us within 1 week of receiving your consignment accompanied by evidence such as photographs and we will do our upmost to resolve the issue in a fair and just manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Back to TopWhat are your payment terms and conditions?After confirmation of your order we require a 50% deposit for the products sent via telegraphic transfer to our bank. The balance, the final 50%, and the shipping cost will be required when your goods are ready to be delivered. Do you accept credit card or letter of credit payment? We do accept letter of credit payment. We do not accept payment by credit card. Does your price include the taxes and import duties in my country?Our fee does not include import duties liable in your country. However, generally goods from Indonesia incur little import duties because this country is classified as a developing nation. From experience we recommend that you talk to at least a few customs brokers at your end as their prices can vary greatly. Are you able to produce custom orders? Yes, we are able to produce custom orders based on ideas and designs provided by you. Our talented team of artisans are always up for the challenge of creating something new. If you are interested in a custom order the length of time needed to create your order will depend on the nature of the item(s) involved. Before accepting a custom order we always provide clients with a carefully calculated time-scale plan. What services are included in your price?Our prices are all ex-factory wholesale prices unless stated otherwise and do not include packaging, shipping costs or insurance. Our responsibility for your order stops after you have received your goods in a satisfactory condition .(please refer to our warranty section above) Back to TopCan you provide insurance for the transit of my order? We are able to purchase insurance on your behalf in Indonesia from our cargo company. However, if a claim should ever arise it can sometimes take for ever for an Indonesian insurance company to settle that claim. So we advice customers requiring insurance to purchase it in their home country.
